Sales & Client Relationship Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales & Client Relationship Executive to handle inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients for our construction and interior services. The role involves direct interaction with clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries

Explain company services, pricing, and process to potential clients

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups

Schedule client meetings and site visits

Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed projects

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate with internal teams (design, site, estimation) for client requirements

Maintain and update lead database / CRM

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements:

1–3 years experience in sales (real estate / construction preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in handling clients over calls and in person

Basic understanding of construction/interiors (can be trained)

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate, construction, or interior sales

Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based sales
