Responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and supporting revenue growth for KAZIA’s facility management services.
Key Responsibilities:

Proposal writing, RFP handling, and presentation skills

Negotiation and client relationship management

Market research and competitor analysis

Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
-
2–4 years of experience in sales/business development (facility management, real estate, or service industry preferred)
