(Client Acquisition & Growth)

Responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and supporting revenue growth for KAZIA’s facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong networking and lead-generation ability

  • Proposal writing, RFP handling, and presentation skills

  • Negotiation and client relationship management

  • Market research and competitor analysis

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot preferred)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with target-driven mindset

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development (facility management, real estate, or service industry preferred)
