Facility Manager (Operations Lead)

Oversee day-to-day facility operations, both hard and soft services, and act as the single point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams

  • Coordinate with vendors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with safety & statutory requirements

  • Handle daily reporting and client updates

  • Implement SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules

  • Ideal Background: 4–6 years in facility management / property management with strong vendor handling skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • MBA/PG Diploma in Facility/Operations Management (preferred)

  • 2–4 years of experience in facility management, real estate services, or property operations
