Site Engineer (Core Execution Role)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality execution, and maintain project timelines. The role involves coordinating labour, materials, and contractors while ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with labour, contractors, and vendors

• Monitor quality, safety, and progress at site

• Plan and track daily and weekly work schedules

• Check and manage material requirements and usage

• Maintain proper site records and reports

• Assist in site measurements and billing verification

• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in construction projects (freshers with strong practical knowledge can apply)

• Good understanding of construction methods and materials

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential / villa construction

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

• Strong on-site decision-making ability
