Operations Executive (On-Ground Coordinator)

Support the Facility Manager by supervising staff and ensuring day-to-day execution of soft and hard services at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff supervision and scheduling/rostering

  • Knowledge of housekeeping standards and basic technical maintenance

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills

  • Good problem-solving and escalation handling

  • Basic MS Office skills for daily checklists and reports

  • Excellent teamwork and communication ability

  • Attention to detail and customer service orientation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in facility operations, property management, or hospitality services
