Operations Executive (On-Ground Coordinator)
Support the Facility Manager by supervising staff and ensuring day-to-day execution of soft and hard services at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Staff supervision and scheduling/rostering

Knowledge of housekeeping standards and basic technical maintenance

Strong organizational and reporting skills

Good problem-solving and escalation handling

Basic MS Office skills for daily checklists and reports

Excellent teamwork and communication ability

Attention to detail and customer service orientation
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field

1–3 years of experience in facility operations, property management, or hospitality services
